Spa Sanctuary:

You will be provided the exclusive use of out four-season Spa Sanctuary for up to 2 hours for yourself or a partner. You will be guided through the recommended treatment order, set up at each of the hot tub, steam bath, and sauna stations providing you with plenty of water to maintain hydration. Afterwards you will be escorted to a quiet corner for relaxation and recovery.

Robes, spa shoes, towels and custom blended all-natural aromatherapy body and hair care products are provided. We ask that you shower before using the hot tub. You will be asked to sign a mandatory health waiver verifying your ability to tolerate treatment.

Our recommended treatment follow in this order:

1. Hot tub for 15 minutes followed by a rest or cooling shower.

2. Infrared sauna for 40 minutes.

3. The sauna should be followed by a cooling shower and rest.

4. Rest for 10 minutes between heat treatments.

5. Steam for 10 minutes followed by a soothing cooling rainshower.

6. Beverage of choice served on the spa deck, pool deck or South Wing balcony.
