December 1, 2026–March 31, 2027 • $18,000 for the season 
Includes HST, heat, hydro, TV, Wi-Fi and snow removal. 

Rated 5/5 by summer guests. Spacious 3-BR South Wing provides open-concept living with a wood-burning fireplace, pool table, large-screen TV and Bose sound system. Dining for 8–12; balcony with gas barbecue and scenic views. 

Kitchen: Fully equipped with induction cooking, two ovens, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast island. 

Rest and recharge: Three bedrooms — two queens and one twin room convertible to a king — plus two full ensuite bathrooms. Second TV lounge with queen pullout, hot-tub walkout, fully equipped gym and high-end, large-capacity washer and dryer. 

Optional Extra Space: The Loft 

A separate, open-concept apartment above the garage, a short walk down the driveway. Sleeps 2–4 with a king bedroom and queen futon. Includes a three-piece bathroom, TV, electric fireplace and breakfast bar; propane furnace and new windows provide winter comfort. 

$2,500/month or $7,500/season, including HST, heat and hydro. Payment due December 1. Indoor parking beneath the Loft is available at extra cost.
